Manuscript on paper, in a single hand, of the poem "Phyllis," in two books: the 192-stanza "Title First of Age and Life" and the 185-stanza "Title Second of Vertue and Fortune." Prefaced by a dedication to "Phyllis" and interspersed with several shorter Latin poems titled "Ad Authorem," "Quare scribat," "Poematii huius occasio," "Haec vita Reprobata," and "Vita futura Invocata."
